It requires an ongoing commitment to training, technology and excellence in selecting and installing Hardie siding materials. Only Elite Preferred James Hardie partners can truly guarantee compliance with installation best practices, professional sales tactics, background checks, proper state licensing and insurance, as well as a commitment to client satisfaction.

ColorPlus® is available on all James Hardie Siding Products.
All James Hardie siding and trim products are available primed (with Hardie PrimePlus®) and ready for field painting. For most customers, we install HardiePlank® and paint it ourselves. But, for those looking for the most prestigious and durable product, Hardie ColorPlus® is an option.
When you choose ColorPlus technology, you get a VERY impressive 15 year paint warranty from James Hardie, alongside their standard 30 year warranty on the siding itself.
It does cost more for material and installation, since it must be installed and handled VERY carefully only by accredited Hardie contractors. BUT - with Color Plus siding you can skip at least 2 paint cycles, saving yourself thousands of dollars. How much did your last paint job cost? Multiply that two or three times and you will see why colorplus makes sense.

James Hardie® Siding Vs. Budget Options
Quality siding installed by a qualified and experienced exterior contractor is a major investment, and can have a massive impact on the value and even the lifespan of your home. Consequently, choosing budget materials in this situation is very likely to be a false economy.
Even worse, potentially, is choosing a quality product like HardiePlank but hiring a subpar or inexperienced installer. Incorrect installation will shorten the sidings life and may void the manufacturer's warranty. HardiePlank offers a virtually unmatched material warranty that protects homeowners from the pitfalls often encountered by less reputable and trustworthy manufacturers, including products like Louisiana-Pacific (LP) and Certainteed (both which have been involved in recalls and class action lawsuits due to product failures).
Weatherproofing is crucial. As native Pacific Northwesterners, we understand the havoc and destruction our climate can wreak on our homes. Our weatherization system goes beyond the typical industry standard, incorporating a specialized water membrane flashing system and barrier to windows, doors, and corners along with the sealing and caulking of all framework. This superior system protects your homes exterior building envelope from moisture intrusion thereby protecting your biggest investment from future damage and costly repair. All products we use are the highest quality available.
