Our objective is not to sell an unnecessary project, but to provide a truthful and candid assessment of the existing conditions and build trust with the client so if it’s determined the project needs to move forward, we have established ourselves as credible, competent and authentic.

Our teams have extensive experience in assessing common (and not so common!) faulty installation techniques as well as a vast understanding of the challenges posed by different products within our region and the solutions necessary to rectify these obstacles and dilemmas. All that said - we will NEVER try to convince a homeowner/buyer to contract with us for avoidable, expensive projects that are unnecessary for the home’s integrity.
